The Relaxation Lounge is a directory that hosts a variety of relaxation practices that you can use when you are feeling stressed, taking a break or starting your day (morning routine).

The practices are demonstrated by experts in their field. Practices include meditation, reiki, hypnotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), breathing, stretching, Qi Gong, sound therapy and more.

This app was designed for you. The practices are 5-10-15 minutes long so that you can easily fit them into your day.

Each practice has an introductory video showing you the how, why and the benefits of doing the practice. The session video is straight to the practice – no blah blah blah or commercials. Quick and simple.
